Bradley Damm is the Principal Attorney for the Law Office of Bradley D. Damm. Brad worked for over a decade in the land use and insurance defense fields. In this role, he litigated public and private land use, construction defect, real estate, commercial, personal injury, and insurance bad faith cases.
Brad often found homeowners, contractors, and other parties were inadequately represented by their attorneys. Attorneys frequently did not understand the categories of damages their clients were entitled to recover, the applicability of certain defenses that could reduce exposure, or insurance coverage that affected their ability to recover damages or protect them from exposure. Brad opened his law firm to provide another option to his clients, an option with superior legal representation at a fair rate.
When Brad is not helping his clients, you can find him enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors. Brad and his family enjoy traveling, especially family ski trips and summer camping trips. Brad is also an avid mountain biker and trail runner.
Lilly Davey
PARALEGAL
Lilly Davey began working as a paralegal in 2020, with experience in both the public and private sector. Lilly worked as a subcontractor for the Alternative Defense Counsel on both Federal and State level cases, attending homicide trials. Lilly then branched off into litigation in the private sector working for a construction defect firm in Denver. Lilly has a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science, and is currently finishing off her M.A in Environmental Planning and Management at the University of Denver, and plans to attend law school with the University of Denver.
In her spare time, Lilly enjoys getting out into the great outdoors, whether it be paddle-boarding, hiking, or anything in between. She enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter. Lilly also owns an art business retailing her artwork, jewelry, and home goods, which received media accolades in the Denver Voyager and Canvas Rebel, and has been featured in events across Colorado and the United States.
